Dreaming Earrings

Dreaming silver earrings with blue enamel are inspired by the moments we spend dreaming of and planning a journey long before it commences. Our dreams beckon us toward new horizons until the pull becomes so strong that the journey must begin. Inspired by the painting Stanner’s Dream (1974) by Australian artist Brett Whiteley with it’s swirling blue and sea-green wave patterns.

Dreaming silver earrings are part of the Journey Collection, a collaboration with Sarah Munnings Jewellery. The Journey Collection explores what it means to be on a journey, be that physical or metaphorical. From dreaming and planning, to choosing your path, a sense of moving forward, finding special havens and connections, experiencing moments of discovery and wonder, and the joy of reflecting on memories made.

Combining a rich sea blue enamel overlayed with a delicate swirling design crafted from lightweight stainless steel, these timeless earrings are sure to become a wardrobe staple.

Each piece is a unique expression of colour and craftsmanship, created using traditional enamelling techniques that fuse glass powder to metal at a high temperature. The rich colours of the layered enamel creates a unique finish so that each earring is slightly different.

Finished with sterling silver earring hooks, these earrings are hypoallergenic (nickel-free) and super comfortable to wear all day and night long, even if you have sensitive ears.
